As ExpandWealth’s Chief Operations Officer, Insiyah oversees strategic direction, business governance, and asset management to ensure the company’s strategies and investments are executed effectively. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry as both a realtor and investor, Insiyah brings a wealth of expertise to her role. In 2020, she co-founded PRAGMA Incorporated, specializing in managing and adding value to apartment buildings across Canada for private investors, with a focus on multifamily investments.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, Insiyah’s background in education saw her not only teaching calculus and business but also taking on leadership roles at the schools where she taught. She remains passionate about financial literacy for teens and young adults and frequently gives talks in schools to inspire the next generation, focusing on investments and cultivating a growth mindset.

Insiyah holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics for Teachers, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, and an Honours B.A. in Psychology.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga, spending time in nature, and travelling with her family to explore new cultures and cuisines.
